Bandeau Tops

What is the appeal of bandeau swim suit tops? I would venture to say that out of all possible styles of swim suit tops, bandeau tops are one of (if not the most) unflattering. They are no good because they cause/allow/give the appearance of sagging.




I will say that smaller fares better on the "sag-o-meter." But still no good.
