I've seen some crinkled paper flowers (or variations of it) around recently, including in this February Year in Cards Class with Kristina Werner on Two Peas in a Bucket.
It prompted me to make this card:
I broke out the Fanciful Dots set I got from Unity Stamp Company for the centers. It seems that this set has been discontinued though, since I can't find it on their website.
