But it was still missing journaling and embellishments and by then, my inspiration for this layout stalled and it sat, gathering dust. I had, on occasion, pulled the layout out, poked at it, added a couple potential embellishments here and there, and then put it back on the shelf.
I finally pulled this layout back out recently, resolved to finish it, and now, it's done!
For embellishments, I also used acrylic shapes from Crate Paper, wood veneer "Let's Eat" from Elle's Studio, chipboard flower sticker from My Mind's Eye, sequins from JoAnn, mini doilies from Endless Inkabilities on Etsy. The pink felt bow, I want to say I got from a snail mail package from someone that I decided to re-purpose for scrapbooking, but I don't recall exactly.
I'm making my way through scrapbooking other pictures in my queue and I've been enjoying it!
